Event Manager / Executive Assistant to CEO
Joy is involved in event management and acts as assistant to the CEO. She joined IAPA in April 2013 after moving back to the UK following 12 years living in various European countries. Joy has a strong background in organising events and business administration.
Her passions include cycling, walking her dog in the countryside and drinking wine – but not simultaneously!
Kimberley is responsible for the smooth running of the financial and administrative functions within the association. Joining IAPA in January 2015, Kimberley came with previous experience as a Finance Manager and Business Administrator reporting to the Board of Directors, and has a professional interest in processes and working systems.
When not in the office, Kimberley enjoys walking her dog in wide open spaces and gardening at home and on the allotment!
Head of Communication and Member Services
Louise is responsible for IAPA’s internal and external communications, member services and major events. Louise supports members’ business development by working with firms and encouraging cross-border communication and service enhancement. This includes creative planning and practical management of IAPA’s largest conferences as well as development of IAPA’s key marketing collateral including the quarterly newsletter and social media.
Louise loves Cardio Tennis, eating out and spending time with friends and family.
